What Rasphia does

Rasphia provides local businesses with a private workspace for business diagnosis, customer management, booking, payment, email, WhatsApp messaging, and automated follow-up workflows.

Google data accessed and its purpose

Google Sign-In requests openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile. Rasphia uses the Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile image to create, authenticate, and secure the user’s Rasphia account.

When a user separately chooses to connect Google Calendar, Rasphia requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly. Rasphia uses these permissions to list available calendars, check free/busy availability, create and update booking events, and send calendar invitations to customers.

Storage and protection of Google data

Rasphia stores the Google account details required for authentication and encrypts Google Calendar access and refresh tokens at rest. Calendar data and authorization tokens are isolated by business workspace and used only to provide the connected Calendar functionality.

Sharing and limited use

Rasphia does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Google data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to operate the requested Rasphia feature and is not transferred for unrelated purposes. Rasphia does not request Google Drive, Gmail message, Contacts, or Google Ads access.

Other data Rasphia processes

Depending on the services a business activates, Rasphia processes workspace profile information, customer contact details and consent, bookings, messages, payment links, payment status, and workflow activity. We use this data only to provide and improve the Rasphia services selected by the business.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

Users can disconnect Google Calendar by contacting Rasphia and can request export or deletion of their workspace, Google connection, and associated data. We retain information only while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

Security

Rasphia uses workspace-level access controls and encrypts sensitive integration credentials at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.
