Terms of use

Rasphia is a place where customers find businesses, book services, buy products and digital items, and get support. The businesses on Rasphia are independent. When you book or buy, your contract for the service or goods is with that business. Rasphia provides the platform, the payment flow and the assistant (Yara).

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what is done through your account, including what an assistant does for you within the limits you set. You must give accurate contact details, including a phone number and email, and must be at least 18 or use Rasphia with a parent or guardian.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Depending on how a business is set up, you pay the business's own Razorpay account directly, or you pay Rasphia, which passes the money to the business after the booking has happened or the order has been delivered. Some services are paid at the business when you arrive, and the page says so before you book.

A booking that needs online payment is held for a short time (usually 15 to 20 minutes) and is confirmed when the payment is received. If you do not pay in time, the hold ends.

Each business sets its own cancellation window and return rules, shown on its listings and store page. Our refunds and cancellation policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work.

Class packs and memberships are sold by the business and are valid for the period stated on the listing. A pack class is used when you book a class with it and is given back if you cancel in time. A pass that is refunded in full stops working. Rules about freezing, transfers or extensions are the business's own and are shown on its listing.

Yara is an AI assistant. She can search, book, pay and send messages for you, but only after you confirm each action, or within a spending rule you have set. Check what she proposes before you confirm. AI can be wrong. For anything urgent or about your health, contact the business or emergency services directly.

If you list a business, you confirm that you are allowed to offer what you list, that your descriptions, prices and policies are accurate, and that you will honour bookings and orders you accept. You are responsible for the quality of your services and goods, for any taxes that apply to you, and for your customers' private information, which you may use only to serve them.

Do not use Rasphia to break the law, to deceive or harass anyone, to list prohibited goods or services, to interfere with the service, or to collect other people's data. We may suspend accounts or remove listings that do.

We work to keep Rasphia available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of businesses, for indirect losses, or for amounts beyond the fees we received for the transaction in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
