Who you are dealing with
These terms are between you and carved spaces. carved spaces sells through its page on Rasphia, which only provides the booking, ordering and messaging tools. Rasphia is not the seller and does not hold your money.
Booking and buying
Prices are shown in rupees before you book or pay. A booking or order is confirmed when you see a confirmation, or the business confirms it. The business can decline or cancel one it cannot honour, and you are then refunded in full for anything you paid.
Payment
You pay online by UPI or card through Razorpay, straight to carved spaces. Rasphia does not hold your money.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation, returns and refunds follow the business's refund page, which is part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
Give correct details, turn up on time for appointments and classes, and treat the business's staff and other customers with respect. The business can refuse service for abuse, harassment or non-payment.
